• Apply the T.LeClerc The Eye Pencil along the upper lash line to define your eyes.
• Start with a thin line and gradually build it up to create a thicker line as you reach the outer corner of your eye.
• For longer and almond-shaped eyes, concentrate the liner at the outer corner and gradually blend it towards the inner corner.
• To create more depth and intensity, delicately lift the eyelid and draw a V shape where the upper and lower lash lines meet.
