Our fast and accurate test detects the gene found only in SARS-CoV-2 using RT-qPCR, and is used to tell if an individual is diagnosed with COVID-19. Many countries such as the UAE, Hong Kong and Japan now require a negative test result, with a confirmation that the individual is fit to travel and thus can access the desired country. Our Lab is accredited by UKAS specifically for COVID-19 testing which is the necessary entry requirement for airlines and countries. UKAS is the only national accreditation body recognised by the British government. Our COVID-19 Saliva test (Travel Test) works by detecting the presence of COVID-19 viral RNA during the earliest stages after exposure to the virus and should be undertaken when symptoms of an infection begin to show. The test works by collecting a saliva sample, which is then sent to the lab for testing.
